New Single Family Residential (NSFR) Homes and New Detached ADU application process will be changing on April 25th!
Applicants will be able to apply and upload documents in Development Hub PDX using our new conditional-logic augmented application.
**IMPORTANT** Previous incomplete applications for this permit type will be removed and need to be restarted after our new NSFR and Detached ADU application goes into effect on April 25th.

Residential Inspection customers can find their scheduled inspection time window for the current date each day after 8:00 a.m. on Portland Maps. Please visit Portland Maps, enter either your IVR or application number, and then click Search.
